De La Femme Intermediate Company Class
Featured Choreographer:
CINDY HO
FR3SH Dance Company
Video 1

Cindy Ho will keep her bio short and simple, just like her size. She started dancing in her 2nd year of college for RAPS Dance Troupe, at the age of 19. In 2006, she decided to audition for FR3SH Dance Company and since then she's been able to perform and compete all over the country in various cities and states. She has also performed at shows such as the "Carnival: The Choreographer's Ball" and back-up dancing for Pops Fernandez at the Taj Mahal in Atlantic City. In 2008, she joined the BOOGIEZONE-NJ family and was given the Hospitality position. That same year, she decided to create her own all-female crew on the East Coast known as, VEN15. Cindy is also currently co-directing FR3SH's Main Event advanced performance intensive program. She recently graduated from Rutgers University this past May with a B.A. in Psychology and appeared on MTV's America's Best Dance Crew Season 4 as one of the 7 representing FR3SH Crew. She will always be a student by choice, dancer by heart, and a dork by nature. She aspires to become a cast member on the show Jersey Shore someday, as Pookie.

Funkanometry SF Advanced Company Class
Featured Choreographer:
AMANDA SUK/EMERSON AQUINO
EPIC Motion/Funkbrella Dance Company
Video 1 | Video 2 | Video 3

At 12 years old, Amanda Suk decided to part from her tomboy soccer playing ways and be girlier. So she started taking ballet, jazz, and modern classes at a local studio in St. Louis, Missouri. When she moved to New York for college she met her first Filipino friend who introduced her to hip hop dancing and fell in love...with the dance style, not the friend. As E.P.I.C. Motion's Co-Artistic Director since its humble beginnings 2 years ago, Amanda has performed and choreographed for various competitions such as FR3SH's Main Event, Prelude EC, World of Dance NY, and BU Fusion's Elements X. She has taught workshops in the NYC/NJ area for companies such as Sercis Company, Project D Dance Company, and Fr3sh Dance Company. In addition to directing E.P.I.C. Motion, Amanda currently takes as many classes as possible at Broadway Dance Center whenever her mom decides to generously fund her constant hunger to learn. Things she loves: NYC underground dance scene, music, boxer briefs, free food, and her girlfriends that are questionably boys.

Emerson Aquino has been dancing and directing for the past 10 years. He is the co-founder of the Bay Area dance company, Funkanometry San Francisco, as well as its current Executive Artistic Director. Emerson has trained and danced with groups such as 220, Anarchy, Culture Shock Oakland, and his dancing and directing skills continue to grow through his work with Funkanometry SF. Emerson's style is a unique type of groove that is fun and challenging at the same time. He loves read manga and is inspired by cute Korean girls. His choreography may appear simple to learn, but it is more difficult to execute correctly, which makes Emerson's choreography appealing on all dance levels - from beginner to advanced.
